Fraud Prevention

Any attempt to commit financial fraud will be reported and will terminate your ability to use our platform.

We require order confirmations once you place your order AND we verify these order numbers with the seller. If you cancel your order after sending us your confirmation you are committing fraud. If you return your product for a refund you are committing fraud. You agree to not cancel your order for any reason. If your product was damaged prior to delivery please contact us for further instructions.

Product Purchase Requirements

We send you product costs in advance. You agree to use those funds to purchase the product instructed by us. If you do not purchase the product within 3 days of receiving the product funds you agree to return the funds back to reviewerplan immediately.

Liability Disclaimer

By using our website you are showing that you understand that reviewerplan does not manufacture these products. They are manufactured by 3rd party sellers. You will not hold reviewerplan responsible or liable for any products you participate in, including topical products (gels, creams, shampoos, etc.) and those that are consumed (supplements, vitamins, etc.). You should consult with a licensed physician before consuming any products.

Feedback Requirements

Part of joining our product testing network is to provide feedback about every product. We are not allowed to have any influence over what you write, and always encourage honest feedback at all times. People rely on feedback to make informed shopping decisions, so we encourage you to share your opinions, both favorable and unfavorable.

You have the option to share your feedback in many ways. For example, you can use our custom feedback form to share your opinions on your use of the product or you can choose to leave a review online.

Account Rules

Please be aware that it is a violation of company rules to attempt to open multiple accounts under the same tester. Falsifying information in an attempt to open a new account is also a violation. If caught, your account will be terminated or permanently deactivated, so you can no longer test again with us.

By using our platform, you agree to thoroughly test the products that you sign up for. You agree to refrain from re-listing or re-selling products on other platforms. It is a violation of our terms of service to resell products and will result in removal from our platform.

SMS Marketing Terms

reviewerplan is committed to protecting your privacy. By signing up on our application, you agree to receive marketing text messages from reviewerplan at the mobile number you provided.

What you will receive:

You will receive text messages about any behind projects (only after unsuccessful email attempts), new product announcements, etc. Message frequency will be no more than five messages per week.

How to opt out:

You can opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us.
